Agreement

By accessing and using the Canine Media Group website at caninemediagroup.com, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Services

Canine Media Group provides done-for-you marketing services for dog professionals, including but not limited to paid advertising management, marketing funnel creation, AI-powered follow-up systems, CRM setup, and ongoing optimization. Specific deliverables and scope are defined in individual client agreements.

3x ROI Guarantee

Our guarantee applies to active clients on a paid plan and is subject to the following conditions:

• The guarantee covers a return of 3x your monthly service fee (not including ad spend) within 60 days of campaign launch
• You must maintain the minimum recommended ad spend as discussed during your strategy call
• You must respond to leads within a reasonable timeframe and follow the agreed-upon sales process
• ROI is measured by trackable revenue generated through our systems (ad-attributed leads that convert to paying clients)
• If the 3x threshold is not met within 60 days, we continue working at no additional service fee until it is met

The guarantee does not apply if the client terminates the agreement before the 60-day period, fails to maintain agreed ad spend, or materially deviates from the recommended process.

Payment terms

Service fees and setup fees are outlined during the strategy call and confirmed in writing before any work begins. Monthly service fees are billed on the same date each month. Ad spend is paid directly by the client to the advertising platform (Meta, Google, etc.) and is separate from our service fees.

Cancellation

You may cancel your service at any time with 30 days written notice. There are no long-term contracts. Upon cancellation, we will transfer ownership of all ad accounts, landing pages, and assets created for your business.

Free tools and content

Our ROI calculator, marketing assessment, and any free content are provided for informational purposes only. Results are estimates based on industry averages and our experience. Actual results will vary based on your market, business, and execution.

Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, design, graphics, code) is the property of Canine Media Group. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Marketing assets created for your business during an active engagement are owned by you.

Limitation of liability

Canine Media Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes beyond the terms of our 3x ROI guarantee.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
